Residence Visa Processing
Make the right impression, first time.
The likelihood of the success of your application will be much greater with the presentation of a 100% complete and correct application. By choosing the right kind of professional help, you can greatly improve your likelihood of being granted your residence visa.
YOUR OWN MIGRATION CONSULTANT
Once you have given instructions to proceed and paid our non-refundable sign-on fee, a Migration Consultant will be assigned to your individual file and they will be responsible for processing your entire residence visa application. Firstly, they will request and review your documents and then set-out your individual immigration pathway. Depending on what your documents say, some changes in your pathway may occur at this stage so we encourage clients to be as flexible possible..
Your professionally trained consultant and supervisor will:
- be responsible for processing your entire residence visa application.
- obtain the qualified support of our legal advisers who will research the relevant immigration regulations and official procedure manuals to determine the appropriate course of action for your application.
- identify potential problems or complications and take actions to promptly clarify and resolve them.
- supervise the preparation of a fully documented visa application in accordance with the current immigration regulations.
- promptly co-ordinate and prepare documents supporting your application (including translations, legal checks and careful coordination of time sensitive documents such as medical tests, language tests and police reports).
OFFICIAL QUALIFICATION AND TRADES RECOGNITION
It is a critical part of the immigration process to make sure your qualifications will be officially recognised. You may need to get a locally recognised certificate to match your qualification to the local qualification and explain it in a way that your employers will understand.
Our consultants are experienced with the processing of qualification and trades recognition applications with the following and other official bodies: NZQA, TRA, VETASSES, ACS, AIM, EEE. They will handle the paperwork, follow- up question or pratical assessment requests with the relevant body.
| AUSTRALIAN TRADE SKILLS RECOGNITIONS: Are you a unqualified tradesperson with more than 4 years work experience? We can help you gain official trades recognition and your residence visas! We handle VETASSESS, TRA and RPL (recognised prior learning) skills and trades assessments - click here for details. |
COMPILING DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE
One of the most important aspects of your case is the supporting documentation that accompanies your application, and this is where applicants without the support of a migration agent like the Migration Bureau make mistakes.
Your Migration Bureau consultant will work with you to ensure everything is presented in the right way, including:
- work references
- qualifications and trade diplomas (including submission of application for official recognition of qualification, e.g. NZQA, VetAssess, TRA, and RPL (Recognised Prior Learning) assessments.
- evidence of your relationship (where applicable)
- your net worth (including currency conversions and liaison with chartered accountants if necessary)
APPLICATION SUBMISSION
Once complete, your application will be submitted to the immigration authorities in the format recommended and understood by the authorities. Your consultant will monitor the processing of your application, liaise with the immigration authorities and respond to any questions raised by the authorities.
At every stage in the process, your consultant will provide written advice and regular progress reports, together with on-going supervision and advancement of your case.
OUR VISA RECOMMENDATION TO GOVERNMENT
Crucially, we apply our expertise and experience to your application. To reinforce your visa application, our officially-registered migration consultants will submit a formal visa recommendation addressed to the assessing government immigration officer. This written recommendation will;-
- outline the specific visa that they believe you & your family are eligible for,
- clarify your application by focussing on specific government immigration policies and procedures.
- indicate reasons for the chosen visa class and suggest the way in which your case should be processed.
In this way, the visa recommendation can help the assessing immigration officer by highlighting only the relevant area of interests and avoiding unnecessary delays.
... AND SUCCESS
The Migration Bureau doesn't just put your application in the mail and close the case. When your application is successful, your migration consultant will:
- arrange the issuing of your residence visas and
- remain available to provide advice and guidance regarding your options regarding citizenship and returning residence visas (re-entry visas)
- IMPORTANT: Note the areas of "client own risk" and "client own responsibility" on the Our Servie Gaurantee page and in our Service Agreement.
